Not high quality as they state

The kettle is not high quality as they state. It looks cheap and almost as it has been used for a while. The handle is very unstable and and top lid seems as if you could bent it easily if pressured. Also, it arrived very bad packaged - in a box of another kettle with no paper or foam in the gaps, I thought it was broken in the begining! I suppose, you get what you pay, however, definitely could improve their packaging!

it's a very good product, im using it twice..when i used it first time it disappeared for like 4 years and now they are back but that's why i bought my second bottle. would highly recommend this product
