Don't waste your money
1 of 1 found this helpful Having already owned the Jack H2, I was hoping for better things with this machine. Many broken needles, shredded threads and tension issues make this machine difficult to work with and impossible to produce high quality, high volume articles as I have done on other machines. This is really no better than cheap domestic machines that I have owned. I contacted the machine engineer and he was really helpful, but the temporary fix didn't last. I would like to return if I could
