  Informed dispatched, given tracking number then was cancelled and refunded with no explanation or communication. Very poor experience. Obvious that they had the item as they gave the full description of the contents. Beware!

  Our sincere apologies for what happened. We have looked into this and found the item had been sold over the counter and had not been removed from the listing. The postage label had been printed before the item had been picked, hence the reason you received a tracking link. On realising our mistake we refunded you immediately with a message advising that the stock had been incorrect. This was a genuine mistake which we worked to rectify as quickly as possible.
