Great Buildings - another great DK book!

As always DK have published another book full of sumptuous photos and informative text about the world's great buildings. If you only ever read one book on architecture then make it this one. It will provide you with an overview of the many styles and functions of buildings throughout world history from the pyramids to modern day skyscrapers. The examination of each building is thorough and supported by illustrations and photographs to help explain terminology and aspects of design and function. I have many DK books - I'm in my 50s so they're not just for younger people who like pictures!

Better colour match than Halfords.

Definitely needs a grey primer for holding onto but is by far a better colour match than Halford's Machine Silver. Use a clear lacquer too to seal and protect after it's dried. Always best to spray an entire panel if possible but if you blend into a panel contour like a wheel arch it still does the trick. Good price too. Might need two cans for bigger panels to allow for a couple of coats as the can is only 150ml.
