Awesome carrier, works great and we were very happy with it. HOWEVER, After the third use, the fabric ripped away from the plastic cords that the adjustable back-strap slide up and down on. Now it slips easily when it should not, and looks terrible. Either we got a bad unit or it is a big design flaw.
