Canon's "Best Value" L-series lens
I bought this "entry level" canon L zoom lens to replace the exact one I had passed on to my son. I found that the light weight and extremely sharp images were a combination that I missed even though I had other lenses that overlap its focal range.
This lens has always been the best way to experience the "pop" of Canon's L-series color. Great value and great lens.

Good eyepieces at a good price.
Well made eyepieces, excellent fit and finish. Love the 68 degree FOV compared to my usual plossl eyepieces 52 degrees.

Great hiking sandals. TEVA Hurricane XLT2
I've tried several styles of hiking/adventure type sandals. Whether my feet are weird or the designs I tried were just inappropriate, it doesn't matter. The TEVA Hurricane sandals are the only one I can wear for 6 miles/day without some random strap wearing a hole in the upper parts of my feet! Love these sandals. This is my second pair. My first pair is still in use after approximately 2 years and literally over 2000 miles. They are getting a bit worn . So a new pair was needed.
