Getting the reusable pod right
The espresso maker works well, but it takes a bit of experimentation with the pod to get good crema. My recommendation is to grind from bean. The reusable pods should not be packed to the top edge of the bottom piece. The bean expand during the brewing process and will clog the pod if there is too much coffee in it. When the pod ejects, the coffee inside the pod should be damp without any sitting water. The pod should be filled with damp coffee grinds.
