Packaging was undamaged, so cans were presumably faulty when sent. It's almost as if someone's been raiding the Reject skip from out the back of the HyCote factory, as this was the second seller to send me a faulty paint can. Between the 2 cans I received from this seller, though, I did manage to do the job, so not unhappy.
