Instant Relief!
The stem is well made with a really nice black finish. Graduated markings make it easier to readjust if needed. I rode 17 miles after installing the stem without any shoulder pain or numbness in my fingers due to riding in a more upright position. I highly recommend this stem for anyone with arthritic shoulders or hands!
