Good replacement but not as good as factory
I worry that OEM parts are knock offs when ordering on line.
Other then the BMW logo, the picture of the part is different then the one received. This replacement has a black plastic back where the picture shows the badge has a silver/gray plastic back - which is truly like the original equipment. Although it fits, it also does not fit all the way flush, but sufficiently stays in place.

Not easy or accurate.
I have used IZZO for several years as well as most of my league partners. When compared side by side with other Izzo units i.e. 4000 & 1500, this unit comes up consistently short by 2 to 3 yards. Also the screen display is not easy to read because of the illumination and the size of the text. Very hard to pick up the hole number, which makes it a liability on the course.
Also the size and shape of this unit is difficult to work with on the course.
For a once a week golfer this can help with club selection, but that is about it. With short game, its very important to have a distance plus or minus a yard. This unit is not helpful with short game.
The downside with these issues, is that your focus and concentration is on the unit and not the game. Another distraction to contend with on the course.
Do not recommend other then for general distance and club selection
