This works better than expected!
Great for my home gym since I don't have a lot of room. I think I like this setup better than 1" weight set I was using for dumbbells because the width of the weights are no bigger than what it's setup for. With the plates slapped on a bar, working around the bar in some exercises was an annoyance. I'm still happy with graduating away from the 1" set, because the plates slipped off once and I've never really trusted the collars since. This setup is much more solid once weight is set.
For 10lb increments, adjustments are a breeze, but for smaller increments. IMHO is a bit more tedious, but not difficult. It just requires an extra step of pulling the handle out and dropping the pin weights out.
Only downside, it's on the fence of what I need in dumbbells, so it works for my routines for now. But... I'm looking for the stage2 upgrade and their hard to find and / or expensive due to lack of availability.
