Bought an item listed as new and they sent the item folded up into a tiny small box. Upon opening it there are perforations at almost every location where it was folded at. I provided seller photos of this and their answer was; " we received this item from BMW like this". This is highly unacceptable and I don't think they should be selling items that are damaged and being listed as new.
