Poor quality and plasticky
This fire looks the part, however on putting the plastic legs on one broke. It does as it says and the heater part works ok, but it is very plasticky

Poor product from ring won’t Connect
Really disappointed with this ring doorbell 2 as I read some good reviews, however I’m now on my second device replaced by ring themselves and the doorbell refuses to connect to my BT Internet no matter what we are told to do. I’m really frustrated and fed up now, I think I’m going to return them and buy a cheaper brand instead.
