Overall Excellent Product
I already owned an LG V60, but was moving from Verizon to AT&T and wanted to take advantage of 5G. I am a heavy user and have never had to charge the phone during the day, I am a big fan of the LG Quad DAC and headphone jack. If you pair the phone with high impedance headphones you will hear music like never before. It also comes with an SD slot that most phones no longer offer. My reason for giving it a 4/5 rating is that LG dropped facial recognition and moved the fingerprint scanner to the front screen, instead of the rear. The fingerprint scanner on the front is quirky, at best. I expect to have this phone for a very long time.

Looks great and provides excellent protection, while adding very little bulk.

Great product, better service
I've been using Zagg screen protectors for years. My current phone is an LG v20, which Zagg does not make a screen protector to fit. I purchased a Zagg protector for Galaxy and cut it to fit the back of my v20, which is metal and slippery. The result is much better grip while retaining the phone's looks.
