  Seller made me wait over 30 days for the funds to clear ebay (fine with that) and then after that decided NOT TO SELL it to me, and refunded my money Instead. I was suspicious when I saw the ring relisted for $200 more than what I won the auction for during the time she was waiting for my funds. Then the Seller finally admitted that at the price I won the auction would have been a loss for her because she misunderstood the eBay fees and also claimed her account was hacked. I did get refunded.

  My acct and bank acct were hacked. New buyer so eBay held funds for 30 days. Buyer insisted I send ring anyway. I offered full refund numerous times but until my accts were safe and money released I was not sending ring. Kept eBay and buyer in loop entire time of my concerns and refund offers. Buyer still harassed me demanding ring be sent. I refunded money and had to make changes to protect acct. Very immature and unnecessary feedback. Buyer got full refund. Re-listed ring after refund ��
