The Pilates Machine Home Work Out Gym is Great!

Working at home with the pilates mahines is the best thing ever. Its lightweight, but not too heavy. Foldable to put away if needed. Takes up little space open or closed. It is safe and remarkably built well. It is easy and simple to use with some challenges. As a beginner on the pilates machine, When I first used it I started working out 3x's a week right away. I couldn't wait to see how it worked. I felt the impact in my upper arms, back and legs, not so much in the abdomen. I guess after 6 weeks I will move on up from the "Sculpt & Tone" exercise and feel more comfortable in doing the 58 minutes with "Total Dream Body Workout". I believe this is more intense. I am a Pilates and Yoga exercise buff along with walking exercises as well, and been using the stretchable bands and cords to do the work along with light to medium weights. With this machine I can incorporate it into my days of using it as my alternative or alone. I am excited to use it and never get bored. It is a piece of equipment everyone at any age can get to do the exercises without feeling intimidated. The specific details walks you through everything you need to know before during and after each exercise. Its like having your very own Personal trainer. I am 61 years of age and I feel great and will continue to do so. I love, love, love it. I cannot see myself without it.
