An American Courtroom Classic Drama
Sidney Lumet's 1957 directorial debut is truly a masterpiece in how to make a memorable movie, Although it is almost entirely set in one room for about 90 minutes, it`s unique character study of the 12 Jurors is quite spectacular.
To adapt what was originally a 1954 CBS live television play into a major feature film is no mean feat to achieve, but this movie even after 62 years still remains absolute compelling viewing for anyone who is interested in drama at it`s finest.

Edwardian Society Behind Closed Doors
Set aboard the maiden voyage of Cunard`s RMS Mauretania in November 1907, this is so much more than just a murder being carried out on the high seas!
It is a well constructed tale which also includes a valuable cargo of gold bullion, intrigue, theft, romance, infidelity, vice and also a cute little cat which is the liner`s own mascot - just some of the inter-connected stories which makes this a most interesting book to read.

1966 And All That - Forever
A very interesting account of the tumultuous 1950`s and 1960`s which should be read in conjunction with Bobby`s own 1976 autobiography!
