Having the 3 steps is great
This product works great, We have actually had it for a month and actually have not even had to shock our dog yet. The beep gets his attention and makes him stop and come back. We have used the vibrate twice and that has stopped him in his tracks. It is great having the three setting so we don't have to just shock him.
