Classically trained pianist
1 of 1 found this helpful I am classically trained in piano, but quit years ago. I have not had a piano in 15 years. I bought this to play again. Growing up in the 80's and 90's, I had the fortune and joy of rehearsing on a 6'3" Baldwin grand, recitals on Steinways. I swear that the action on this keyboard is just as good, if not BETTER than I remember on those incredibly expensive instruments back when. I can be as expressive as my skill allows on this keyboard. The tech has progressed much farther than I expected. The FP-30 has exceeded every one of my expectations that I had for it, except for one; the bluetooth app. It's not awful, but it's no VST.
