  An outstanding service from this company! Many others offering the same service do so at a MUCH higher cost, a shorter warranty and a lengthy turn round. The communication, due to a Royal Mail issue, was great with the sellers chasing on my behalf. The unit was returned beautifully packaged. It was fitted back to the car within 5 minutes of it arriving and it’s SO good to hear the radio straight away. For this price I also got a map update as well. OUTSTANDING. Highly recommended!!!!

  Just as described, they sent my MMI Harman back to me the day after I received it, working. I previously had a bad experience with a garage where it was in for two weeks, and they were making excuses to charge me £590. I found this company and I can't recommend them more.

  Infotainment head unit returned repaired within a week by signed delivery. Refitted and works fine with all data intact. I telephoned repairer before I shipped the unit and found him most helpful. He even told me where to purchase the removal keys required for initial removal. VW had quoted £2275 plus £187 Labour to fit a new unit as they do not repair. Extremely happy with the purchase and would recommend. The returned item has 6 month guarantee.

  Great service sent my unit in for repairs, unfortunately something didn't work on return but I sent it back and it was promptly resolved and postage re credited , very happy with the extras included like voice control and streaming from my phone, would highly recommend these guys. Vw was quoting me over £3200 to supply and fit a new unit !!. Rip off....
