6 of 6 found this helpful Driving the G6 home I was blown away by the gas mileage. 33mpg was promised, I got 36.3 mpg!! Very comfortable ride, great sound system,smooth shift from the automatic transmission, plenty of power on the highway. A very positive driving experience. Price is what drew me to this car initially, then styling took over. Economy was also a factor as I was replacing a 15-18 mpg vehicle with the 33mpg G6.
