Great for the XV-01 long damper upgrade
Purchased these as part of a long-damper upgrade for my XV-01 in combination with the Tamiya GF-01/WR-02 Aluminum Oil Dampers (54670). They're a fantastic combination and really improve the handling over the stock version. Compared to the TRF201 front springs (that are the same size) the 501 springs are a little stiffer and better suited for the weight of the XV-01.

decent value for money
Pretty sturdy stuff considering the price. I used them to fix this small rc car that had its cogs ripped. Description of the sizes in the ebay advert are really useful. It didn't have the exact replacement parts, but I managed to create a combination that worked.

Great hobby kit
Great starter kit: bought it to do some work on RC car electronics and a repair of household electronics. the 40W soldering iron is perfect for what I need it for. The instructions that come with it are very helpful. So was the desoldering braid, I didn't realise that came with it too. The helping hand tool is flimsy, I see that needing replacement fairly soon.
