  Terrible experience. Little to no contact and the item was never sent. eBay had to refund the payment. Feels like it could have been a scam despite their perfect feedback history. Can't rate the item description as it was never received. Dispatch time, never dispatched. Communication, 1 message promising dispatch but no follow up despite being asked for dispatch details twice.

  Won auction on 15th August and paid immediately. Game was marked as dispatched on the 18th. On the 26th, I received a refund for the item with no explanation. The seller has been ignoring my messages. The conclusion I have reached is that the seller never dispatched the game and has decided to hold onto it. The seller had 100% positive feedback prior to this, which lead me to trust them when purchasing the game. Furthermore, £3.05 postage for 2nd class Royal Mail is too much.
