NOT a valve amp

This is Not a valve / tube amp, it is barely a hybrid, the tubes are for show, you can short the tube circuit and take the tubes out and the amp works exactly the same ! it is made of poor quality materials and just not worth the money, it has ONE poor quality transformer inside, the black box pretending to be a transformer on top is in fact, made from MDF and is painted to look like metal, it is EMPTY ! this might look the part but honestly, its inferior far below its asking price... you can do a LOT better for a LITTLE more cash ! Avoid this amp and get a Gemtune BL-02 EL342 or similar..

Good

There are not bad at all for the mooney (£35 ish ) sturdy, mines were collimated to an acceptable level ( no double vision ) However their advertised numbers are nonsense for example 100mm objective lense etc, its NOT its 70mm and definitely NOT 180X magnification ! i would estimate around 15 - 50 X 70 with the more expensive Sunagor the lenses, coatings, and overall build quality is a Far cry better that these cheap ones, hence the £250 price tag, they are not what i would call lightweight, but not overly heavy. caution, there are some Dodgy sellers trying to sell these for £200 !!.. the Sakura should be no more than £35..
