2 Fake Barbour Jacket - they wanted a refund without returning the jacket as the photos they sent were from a completely different jacket (scammer)
3 Napapijri top - we noticed a fault when getting it ready post, we messaged the buyer 3 times but he didn`t reply, so we cancelled the order and gave a full refund
