The TL-MR3420 Router shares my 3G with several PC's and a VoIP adapter
My TL-MR3420 Router is working perfectly on TPG's 3G. Initially it was unable to find TPG's DNS addresses, so I entered the primary and secondary DNS addresses manually. (This is not covered in the documentation). My PC's are able to share the 3G Internet faultlessly. In addition, I have plugged my Siemens Gigaset A580IP VoIP phone into the router's LAN port. I am able to make VoIP calls of excellent quality through MyNetFone, using very little data. This combination has reduced my phone bills considerably, having disposed of my phone line and ADSL.

TP Link MR3420 3G/4G Router
My new router is a Version 3.0, and is a big improvement on my old V 1.2. It worked straight away "out of the box" using an Optus 4G dongle. TP Link need to update their hardware and software compatibility info (on the box and on the web) to do this excellent product justice.
