  The seller is not aware of the buyers address prior to payment being made buyers location is all that is on view that is why i cancelled prior to payment being issued, his location was Italy. Proof of UK address was sent after the cancellation. I am argumentative because of his opinion which is way out and all this venom is over a 0.99 pence item which i also pay the postage.
