won't open

I've had to return this item as I can't open it up - it's far too stiff. I could probably get a male neighbour to do it, but that wouldn't be satisfactory every time I use it Also there doesn't appear to be a handle, unless it's maybe tucked inside, but I can't verify this as I can't open the table. I've had two tables that look exactly like this one before, and never had a problem opening them. So even though it's a very good price, and the materials seem good quality, unless you're a strong man I wouldn't buy it.
