Smooth operator!
When I've bought older high mileage cars I've always used a couple of doses of Lucas and always noticed a big difference, mainly in the smooth running and quietness of the engine, but also the economy and usually a bit more grunt, so I put some in my 1.0 Yaris, which as you are aware is no performance car by any means, but after around 25 miles not only was it smoother, the engine note audibly changed and sounded more, throaty shall we say, so I floored it on a quiet road and it flew! Bearing in mind one of my last cars was an E46 M3 so I'm used to fast cars but whatever is in this stuff has certainly made a huge difference. 100% recommended.
