Reticle briteness knob hard to adjust.

The rheostat knob is so hard to turn I have to wear a glove with a rubberized coating on the fingers to get a good grip to adjust the setting. I sent an email to ncstar on 9-17-16 but have not had the courtesy of a reply. I can not recommend this product to anyone based on my experience with this scope.
