bad experience
first thing im not writing this to give the company a bad name judge for your self.
I was in new york in september on vocation for 3 mths when i ordered the {New} solo X 18 sub. MMMMM .......it take a resonable time to ship to the new york bronx ,then have it ship to antigua when i was going back where i lived in december .Anyway after i reach home i didnt install the sub solo x right away i was in the process of {buying and putting down audio parts}
I was setting up a big system where i was buying amps audio parts speakers. Finally acomplish all my buying then finally install my system .
The first the i played the sub it was playing good then like 1 min i smell it start burning so i stop playing it then itook it out carry it by a technican wen he told me that it has been used when it was suppose to be new the coil was dark brown in color wen it was suppose to be light brown plus the screw that hold the magnet was blunt and have glue over the screw like someone refurbish it already
when it was suppose to be new
Anyway i call the company half price audio and explain first they told me they cant do nothing about it.I called back then a next person told me to call kicker for warranty i even ask them if they want me to send pic. I call kicker explain to a technican he told me seems as if it has been used already he told me he would send a email to half price audio and call bak andask for ray i call half price audio plent a time i call cant get to ray i live voice mail with my email not getting bak no reply no one cant help me dont know what to do
im not getting no satisfaction
Im really depress i spend alot of money for this and never even use it all i want is a replacement
im sorry for writting this but thats the truth and that what the review for
