Paypal has has been good, but I wonder!!!

The camera is fine I'm sure. But I paid for it and they said I did not pay for it. I looked at my account and it clearly stated I had paid for it.So I went to my bank and the receipt also shows that I paid for it. I do not take this lightly because I use paypal ALWAYS, and I always pay for the item at the same time I order it. I tried to file an appeal and every time they said I did not pay for it. I guess I'll have to spend over 2 hours on the phone with them.
