Gator sanding belts
light weight, less abrasive, very short sanding life. have use the gator hand sandpapper with good results, but the belts where of very low quality, in my opinion. I do not buy the expensive bands of sanding belts, manny brands much better for the same coast.

door bell alarm
works very well has a long rang, from motion sensor to receiver. have not had long, but really like. batteries do not last long & only about 7 - 9 feet on the motion sensor. only draw backs that I see so far. great price & would buy a gain.
