  Sadly seller sent a parcel a week later and it took 2 weeks in total for the courier to say that parcel is damaged/undeliverable. I wasted 2 weeks with my project on hold due to the delay in sending and courier failure to deliver. Thankfully the seller refunded straight away after the tracking showed an issue and I hope they will be able to resolve the issue with the courier. I am sure it’s been upsetting experience for both of us and all due to delivery company.
