Well built, but no noticeable charging power.

I was excited to get this adapter to get more than the USB port standard 0.55 amps while charging in my car. I assumed the cigarette lighter port would provide more amps, especially with this adapter, but I'm not able to see any improvement in the charging of my phone in the car. It was worth a shot, but I'm not impressed.
