Good riding tire, for all weather. Not as puncutue resistant as claimed. The Tour Gurad PLUS is a much better tire.

This is an excellent road bike tire for the price with low rolling resistance, good grip and nice ride + handling. Good workmanship and materials, and about the best in this category you will find for the price. Limited puncture protection. Not recommended of you want the best protection for flats on long road bike trips. Jacket thickness around the side walls and under the tread is average with no advantage in puncture protection over most road bike tires. Claim of additional or exceptional puncture protection does not seem to be true. For the price it is a very good value for a economy tire that handles well. Summary: Well made, good rolling resistance-handling-excellent grip exp. on wet surfaces, nice ride, average or "slightly" above average puncture protection. Since the Tour Guard PLUS came out, these have been selling off at around $13 at many shops. I had to rate it only 4 stars since the new Tour Guard Plus is out and lives up to its claim as puncture resistant. For good puncture resistance purchase the: The Panaracer 700c Tour Guard "PLUS". It has much better for puncture protection with a very strong, thick casing that goes from bead to bead on the side walls and under the tread. Same tread pattern, but a far better value than the urban tour if you are looking for puncture protection. Takes some strength and skill to install due to the thick casing. Summary: Outstanding puncture protection-very thick casing, difficult to install, but not impossible, "slight" increase in rolling resistance (a fair tradeoff for excellent puncture protection). overall, and outstanding tire at a outstanding price.

WELL MADE LIGHT

These are well made, bright, reliable, and perform long per charge. Installation is flexible, fast, as they come with two different size installation rubber rings flexibility of installation at various locations on the bike- seat tube, seat stays, etc. I have installed a pair to the back of the bike helmet for added safety. In addition they come with USB charging wires, and fully charge within a short time. You can't go wrong with these lights especially for the price. Salient factors that make these such a good buy: Ease and flexibility of installation, reliability, brightness, can perform for several hours per charge, and price.
