Working well after repairs

The electric design looks adequate as does the heat transfer from the LEDs. However the mechanical design has some internal weakness and construction challenge. The power cord is robust but terminates to the PCB with a friction fit connector latch rather than soldering. The PCB is held in place by one long plastic standoff that can fracture. I have two of these that I had to repair due to loose internal power connection and standoff fracture. They have performed well for six weeks of 14 hours of daily use. The light spectrum produces good growth. The metal body is strong and the paint remains well bonded.
