The easiest and cost effective way to backup a Mac household.

I had an old 3 TB USB drive sitting around with nothing to do. Enter the 1st Gen Apple Time Capsule for $30 from Ebay... A few turns of a screw and I have a 3 TB network attached storage system for the house.

Hidden treasures

I recently digressed to using an iPod classic for my music preferences. I could go into all my reasons for doing so but I don't want to bore you. Lets just say I always wanted one but couldn't afford Apple's premium price tag. Now they very inexpensive and they still sound great. (Not as good as vinyl mind you.) So this is the perfect accessory for the iPod Classic. Charge, sync and that extra audio jack runs straight to my home stereo. This particular unit came with all the accessories in the original box and the dock was still wrapped in the original plastic. Never used! My little treasure that will get me through the lockdown.
