Lions mane works
I have been using lions mane for a number of years. Its listed in my book: Turning Point a pathway out of the fog of Alzheimers. I switched to this one and saw immediate improvement over what I was taking.

Coconut Oil good value great for brain health
I have been using Coconut Oil for many years. It is mentioned in my book Turning Point a Pathway out of the Fog of Alzheimer's I can't say enough for it.
