EASY TO OPERATE THOUGH MENU IS ILOGICAL ( TOP UP IS IN ENTERTAINMENT SECTION ), NICE LOOKING, RING TONES OFFER POOR SELECTION, SOUND LEVEL CAN ONLY BE INCREASED ( EASILY ) DURING A CALL, BATTERY CHARGE DOESNT LAST VERY LONG, CAMERA QUITE REASNABLE AT THIIS PRICE, TEXTS EASY TO SEND/READ, ALL IN ALL GOOD VALUE AT THE PRICE I PAID AROUND £50 , BUT NOT AT FULL RETAIL

not great quality, but cheap, does work ok, but sound quality very poor.
Mains connection not secure enough.
