Excellent corner pieces for a home made cabinet
Excellent corner pieces for a home made cabinet with square corners. They fit perfectly and make the cabinet look more professional looking. They are made from tough plastic and also prevent the edges of the cabinet and its covering from rubbing on the ground. Difficult to find such square edged corner pieces, as most are made for rounded corner edges. I have found these to be an excellent addition to my home made speaker cabiner, and I can recommend them for home use.

Excellent Hall effect sensor, sensitive, small and stable.
This is a quite sensitive Hall effect sensor and is very useful as a linear analogue controller rather than as a switch. I used it to replace potentiometers in a joystick project and it provides a very smooth mechanical movement to electrical voltage transition. The sensor is very small, smaller than a common transistor, and so is very easy to build into a project.

Excellent speakers
I am feeding these speakers from an Onkyo surround amplifier but just using them as stereo speakers. I have them set to large and the sound is impressive, full bass and top end clarity, filling my lounge (5m x 4m) easily. There is no need for a sub-woofer, centre speaker or surround speakers, and my son who has a full surround system himself says that my system is as good or better than his. Perhaps the size of my lounge and the furniture installed just happen to suit my sound system set up, but I have been really impressed with the look and sound of these speakers and feel they were great value at the price. They came well packaged in original boxes and there was no physical damage at all. The only niggle I have is the cabinet feet, if you have carpet the supplied screw-in pointed feet will work well, but with my wooden floors I have to use the supplied add-on rubber disks which are just set below the pointy tips. Ok if you never have to move your speakers, but if the speakers get moved at all they fall off these disks and the points dig into the wooden floor, and it is always a tricky job sliding these disks back into place while trying to support the speaker column at the same time. Actual screw-in flat feet with a rubber base would have been much better as they would always stay attached to the base of the speaker column, and slide on the floor when the speaker is moved. This is a Wharfedale issue, they say they supply screw-in pointed and flat feet with the speakers, but really only the pointed feet are screw-in. Nonetheless, the speakers sound great and I am very pleased with my purchase.
