Budget price, but NOT budget quality!!
i have 4 of these for our office, they are very simple to assemble and make the desk look so much neater. cable tidy clips help hide away all the cables and the unit itself is very weighted so minimal chance of tipping over (you would have to push it with some force to counter the forward weight).
I bought these because i was on a budget, expecting the price to reflect the quality - i was wrong. these are very well made. i recommended these to anybody who wants a twin screen set up, at the correct height (height adjustable) for added user comfort.

Why i bought a Philips DVDR3380/05 DVD Recorder
0 of 1 found this helpful This dvd recorder came boxed in retail packaging, as a catalogue return. i paid less than £50.00 for it as a brand new item, mark as a returned/seconds item. it retails for £89.99 in currys, i checked, but this was exactly the same. the only difference was it had no paper manual with it, this came on a dvd+R disc placed in the box, but this was fine to use. It is a very easy DVD recorder to use, in fact easier than my old VCR! i now record more programs than i ever did because my wife is deaf, so requires the subtitles on all programs. This dvd recorder does record the subtitles on digital programs! either from sky or freeview. it records any digital signal put to it, even the sky program guide!
i am more than impressed with the simpleness, neatness and useability of this machine and recommend it for any one wanting to get away from the VCR. Now i am useing a DVD RW (re-writeable) disc, it is so simple, just like having the old cassette, but a lot quicker, easier and better quality (you can select what quality you want to record the program, the higher quality picture, the less you get on a disc and vice versa), in short, FAB
