Light and comfortable to wear for long periods, but not loud enough in the gym
Lots of good features, light, stylish, not too bulky in your ear and do not fall out . Wireless charging, water resistant.
Limited app features but has noise cancelling. Not so much base or depth of sound, but very clean sound. Perhaps need better tips to fit the ear.
Needs to be louder for the gym.

Fitbit Sense - next generation Versa
Moved from an Ionic and there are some good and less good points.
Very comfortable to wear and much better battery life though I haven't worked out how fast charging is achieved but nor has the Fitbit Community.
Bright clear screen and the processing seems seems faster.
Fortunately the main structure of the app, content and set up is the same as other Fitbits.
The new Sense functions seem to work well after some parig attempts, but a firmware upgrade is due I think.
I did get the Sense control to work on call answering after a few atempts
