Great songs with great features.
Listening to these songs, I can hear why they were hit singles. I really enjoyed this cd with it's great songs, drumming, guitar riffs and also the trumpet playing. I agreed that they were one of the greatest rock bands of the 60's.

Great music
The Oxford Circle Live At The Avalon 1966 is a great cd. This cd is filled with a lot of great tracks including some covers of tunes originally done by The Yardbirds (You're a better man than I) and (We gotta get out of this place) by The Animals and many other great songs. Two members of The Oxford Circle(Gary Lee Yoder and Paul Whaley) went on to form the rock band Blue Cheer who did a great version of the song (Summertime Blues) Great cd, songs, lyrics and performances by a great blues/rock band. I recommend this cd to other music fans.

Great cd with great features
The Birds were a great R&B group. To see the picture of the Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood so young is really interesting. Too bad the Birds broke up because I really liked their songs, the musicianship including the drumming and guitar action. The Birds were a fantastic band. As we know Ronnie Wood went on to join the The Creation, The Faces. And finally The Rolling Stones.
