Ideal for purpose
Work well, seem robust and do the job.

Good in part
It replaced a Blackberry Bold as I like the Querty keyboard and functions are similar. It arrived with foreign settings so i had to do a factory reset (after contacting supplier). Battery life is poor and charger stopped working after a couple of weeks. Am using the charger from my old blackberry so not the problem it could have been. Like the phone not so sure about the quality

Faulty
Charger does not work for four 'D' batteries, only the 2 on the left hand side can be charged. It arrived the day before a month long trip abroad, so no time to return it for a replacement
