  This seller advertised in the listing that this item would be delivered by Royal Mail 48 tracked. It was sent by Evri. It was a time critical gift purchase. It even stated on the ebay packing slip that I chose Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Some calculator buttons weren't functioning. The case front fell off when I removed the item from the wallet. Seller accused me of wilful damage and refused to refund me but ebay stepped in and found the case in my favour. My advice? Stay clear of this seller!!
