Low density foam roller

Am a newbie at foam rolling so the first one I got was typical high density. Whichever way I used it, it killed my legs big time! After doin a little research, I saw that one needs to gradually work up to high density and begin with low. Duh😕. Problem was low density is 5x more expensive and not nearly as prevalent. Finally got this one and tried immediately. What a difference! Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of getting into foam rolling large muscle groups.

Just perfect for me in all respects. Just wish they hadn’t been discontinued and I didn’t have to hunt for old stock!

Bought a bunch of this style last year and was very happy. Wanted to buy more this year but,sadly, this style discontinued. Had to search long and hard online and only managed to find a couple left in my size. Happy with them. Ordered updated version and they fit well but measurements have changed a lot, so not quite as happy but not unhappy.
