The delivery driver was brilliant. No packaging to deal with, and he even carried the very heavy bird bath through the house to the garden. The bird bath is fabulous .. Very good quality.Definitely worth the money .

  Amazing seller from the start of my enquiry about delivery to the communication I received before delivery. Very friendly and easy to deal with, nothing was a problem from start to finish. The item is even better than the photo and really is exceptional quality, I honestly couldn't have picked a better patio circle or company.   I was able to speak with a lady in charge of sales who tried to resolve the problem. She was very helpful and supportive and assured me that I could have it delivered on the 30th in the afternoon. The problem it seems lies with their contracted deliverers, who have been letting them down. I chose to stay with my local company that I had found but appreciated her commitment to work on the issue.

  Really pleased with this item. In particular amazing customer service. A telephone call agreeing a delivery date, an offer to ring on the day to advise delivery time.   A pleasure doing business with a company that has old fashioned values. Initial contact to arrange delivery was friendly and efficient. The order arrived on schedule, the driver was friendly and unloaded the blocks and stacked them in my garage, amazing to have such service! The blocks were perfect, no damage.
