    Ordered the item as I have done previously, but the delivery was not successful! I had to message the seller numerous time as the item didn’t arrive, I had live chats with yodel, who didn’t have the items I’d ordered. They had not been dispatched by the seller. I raised a dispute with eBay and finally got the items I’d ordered 22 days later! Not acceptable when I should have received them within 3 days

    How can YODEL blame me??? I sent it the next day after ordering, I have confirmation of receipt of the package for shipping. So from my side the shipment was sent on time.

    I sent the parcel the day after ordering, I have confirmation of shipping, from what I know there has been some problem with YODEL drivers for several weeks. I can only make a refund, but I am constantly in contact with YODEL and a complaint has been filed, because so far, as you can see, parcels have been delivered everywhere without any problem.
