No more sciatica pain
Have has some sciatic nerve pain for a while and sitting on various cushions didnt help, even memory foam ones when at the computer desk i wasnt sure another memory foam one would. This one though is firmer and the cut out section seems to do the trick.
My right buttock and leg would just have a continous pain. Only long walks seemed to relive it. Bought this in the hope it would be different from the methods i had resorted to and i have to say with 24 hours the pain was less and a week later i have practically forgot about it, even went back to the gym today and lifted heavy weights and though i can feel a slight jolt afterwards when ever my right foot hits the ground, on a scale on 1 to 10 the pain would be in the 7 to 10 now its 0 to 2 if i feel anything at all. Hopefully it will stay that way and go altogether.
Fits in the office chair i use to sit at most of the time during the day, doesnt slide about due to the grippy base and is comfortable.

Good size steel sheets
Got this to repair a small area in my car sill i found had gone rusty around a drainage plug.
The sheets were about a4 size to a5 and i only really needed a bit about 4 inches square but the rest will come in handy for other projects in the future.
Easily cut to size using a multi-tool cutter. Bent to shape easily and was slightly thicker than the original sill material. Good value as my brother is a welder all he had to do was fix it in place afte i had cut the rust out back to good metal and cut and shaped the patch for him. Looks good now and once the sill was smoothed off with some filler and sanded and painted was ok. Drilled a new drain hole for the rubber plug to go back in underneath so all should hopefully work ok.

Seems to have helped
Sprayed this all over my flat carpets and sofa after deep cleaning and steaming and the dust allegy seems to be almost gone. May do this a few times a year.
